A fast-growing support network for businesswomen in the Nottingham area is expanding with the launch of its third group in less than a year.

The continued growth and success of The Athena Network in the city since its first meeting in May 2014 has prompted Regional Director Bernadette Sarginson to launch another Athena Nottingham group next month.
Nottingham-born entrepreneur Bernadette said:
“I am absolutely delighted with how The Athena Network in the city has really flourished. We have two successful groups already, and all our members are passionate, generous, collaborative business women who are driven to succeed, whilst supporting each other in the process.
“We have a varied range of member businesses with many strategic business partnerships in place and much business being done. Our meetings, where we have a very successful one seat per profession policy and a robust, structured agenda, are relaxed, elegant and fun whilst having a strong business focus.”
The new Athena Nottingham group launches on Thursday 5th February 2015 from 12noon-2pm at The Beeches Hotel, West Bridgford. It will allow even more Nottingham women to make business connections and grow their business in an enjoyable and supportive, professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

Athena Network meetings take place monthly (excluding August and December) from mid-day to 2pm with business building and speaking opportunities, business development and network strategy Ellen Watts training, guest speakers, connection to a growing international network, and resources including ecourses
and online business promotion.
